1-2 lbs Sausage mild, hot or both
3-4 garlic cloves chopped
4 bunches broccoli rabe
olive oil
salt & pepper
grated Locatelli cheese
Pasta if desired
Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in large pot, brown sausage until dark brown. Add chopped garlic saute until golden. Add blanched rabe, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until tender.
If using pasta cook in separate pot.

You can use any type of macaroni, small shells or orrecchiette. Serve hot and sprinkle with grated cheese.
