1 smoked sausage link
1 large potato sliced
1 lg. apple cut in wedges
1 jar of sauerkraut
1 lg. onion sliced
1 cup apple juice

Directions:
Note: This needs to be cooked in an electric skillet or regular skillet. Either way you need something with a lid on it. It is easier to cook in an electric skillet.
Cut sausage into six or eight pieces, depending up size of sausage. Place in center of skillet. Rinse sauerkraut and place around the outside of the sausage. Place sliced potato, apple wedges and sliced onions on top of sauerkraut. Pour apple juice over mixture.
Cook (Simmer) on low heat until potato is done.
