1 4-6 lb beef brisket
onion salt
celery salt
garlic salt
1 oz of liquid smoke
Worcestershire sauce if desired

1 bottle of barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Night before serving,
sprinkle brisket with onion salt, garlic salt, celery salt, and liquid smoke. With fat side up wrap brisket well with heavy duty foil and place in refrigerator overnight.

When ready to bake, open the foil and sprinkle with a little Worcestershire sauce.

Close foil tightly and place in baking dish. Bake at 275º for 5-7 hours until tender.

Open foil and drain off grease. Slice thinly - pour barbecue sauce over meat and bake one hour more covered.
