4 cups milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 package (4 serving size Jello Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling Cook'n Serve
1 cup Minute Original Rice
1/4 cup raisins (optional)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan. Add rice and raisins. Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to boil. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour into dessert dishes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg, serve warm or chill pudding. Place plastic wrap over hot pudding. Refrigerate 1 hour. Stir before serving. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
