Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 unbaked 9” pie shell
8-oz package cream cheese, softened
¾ cup milk
3 eggs
½ cup slivered almonds
1 ½ cup chopped cooked chicken
¼ cup finely chopped green onions
1 chicken bouillon cube, crumbled
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. dry mustard
¼ tsp. basil, crumbled
1 can sliced mushrooms (or fresh)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pie shell (or use frozen shell) and set aside. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk. You can add a little more milk if needed. Look at consistency, make sure it is not too thin. Add eggs one at a time, beating well between each addition. Set aside 1 Tblsp. almonds. Stir remaining almonds, chicken, onions, mushrooms and seasonings into creamed mixture. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle almonds over top. I may just sprinkle sliced almonds over top and not use inside. Bake at 375º for approximately 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
