1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups corn kernels
1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar, water, sugar, celery seeds, turmeric,
salt and pepper flakes in small saucepan
Bring to a boil
Lower heat and simmer 1 minute
Combine corn, sweet red pepper and green onion in bowl
Pour hot liquid over vegetables
Cool to room temperature
Transfer to clean container
Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month
