5 – 6 LB Beef Brisket
5 + 5 Tbl Worcestershire
5 + 5 Liquid Smoke
2 + 2 Hot Sauce
2 cups water
½ stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat in 5 Tbl worcestershie, 5 Tbl Liquid Smoke, water & butter – cover with foil.
Keep in fridge 3 – 4 hours.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 5 hours or until tender.
Take meats out and remove from liquid.

Shred meat. Add bottle BBQ sauce. Marinate again with 5 + 5 + 2. Cover and bake 1 hour.

You can add BBQ before baking or after – however you like it!
