3lbs. spare ribs
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper

Sauce: (Mix all ingredients below)
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
4 tablespoon brown sugar
2 large onions (diced)

Directions:
Directions:
First, brown the ribs with garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Put ribs in a baking pan, cover with the sauce, sprinkle brown sugar on top. Turn every 20 minutes, and continue to sprinkle with brown sugar every time you turn the ribs. Bake in oven uncovered for 2 hours. Delicious!!!
