1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 (3.5 oz.) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
3 1/2 cups milk
1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 package Oreo's

Directions:
1.Chop Oreo cookies very fine in food processor.
2.Mix butter, cream cheese, and sugar in bowl.
3.In a large bowl mix milk, pudding and whipped topping together.
4.Combine pudding mixture and cream mixture together.
5.Layer in a large bowl, starting with Oreo cookies then cream mixture. Repeat layers. Add a couple whole Oreo's to the top layer.
6.Chill until ready to serve.

If you don't have a food processor, empty Oreo's into ziploc-type gallon size bag and seal. Use an ice cream scoop or anything else hard and heavy and mash until Ore's become crumbled.
