2 lbs. Hamburger
leftover steak,cubed
1 large chorizo
2 lg white onions chopped
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans
1 can chilli beans
2 cans green chillis-diced-mild
1 can green chillis-diced-hot
2 T chilli powder
1 T mexican seasoning
3 shakes red pepper
10 shakes Oregano
4 shakes ground cumin
1 bottle chilli sause
1 1/2 cans beer
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meats in fry pan, combine in 1 pan
add chopped onions,
add chillis,, add all spices while stirring,
heat beans in large pan, do not drain
add chilli sause
heat to simmer.
now add meats and 1 can of beer
add more beer if needed
salt and pepper to taste
simmer 3 hours
