2 large eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
zest and juice from 1 lemon
Whipping Cream

Directions:

Beat eggs until light. Mix in sugar and buttermilk. Add vanilla, lemon juice and zest from the lemon. Mix well. Serve chilled. Top with whipping cream.
