1/2 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. apples, sliced
3 tsp. water
3/4 c. quick oats
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, 2 T. flour, cinnamon, apples and water. Place in the bottom of a greased casserole. Cream sugar and butter, then add remaining ingredients. Top apples with mixture. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Serve with whipping cream or ice cream.
