4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 servings of rice (use chicken broth)
Colby Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken, remove bone and cut or tear into pieces. Cook rice as directed on box. Mix rice with 1 can soup and chicken. Use 1/2 for one layer in baking dish. Slice cheese and layer. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Use remaining mix for second layer. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
(I use 6 servings of rice, 1/2 can water with soup. You can also use leftover turkey.)
