2 tsp. Butter
1 Medium Onion, Diced Finely
1 Clove Garlic, Cut and Mashed
2 tsp. Vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 c. Ketchup
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add Onions and cook until golden brown over low heat.
Add remaining ingredients and cook 20 minutes. Marinate over meat 1/2 Hour before cooking.
