1 can fruit cocktail with juice
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp soda
1 cup flour

Topping:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with topping and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream
