½ cup butter
½ cup Crisco
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar (You may substitute raw sugar instead of brown for an extra sweet crunch)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour (You may substitute whole wheat flour)
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1½ cup oatmeal
11/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup Craisins

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, Crisco and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, mix flour, soda and salt. Gradually beat into mixture. Stir in oats, craisins and white chocolate chips. Drop onto cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.
