2 lbs. spare ribs
1 & 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 medium onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle meat with salt. Mix bread, onion, parsley, melted butter, seasonings & water together. Spread over spare ribs, roll ribs and fasten with skewers or string.
Bake @ 350º for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
