1 1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar
4 eggs 2 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice 3 cups flour
3/4 cup oats 3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 cups milk chocolate chips - "Ghirardelli"


Directions:

Cream butter, add sugars and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each. Add vanilla and lemon juice, mix well. In separate bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture, blend well. Add chips and nuts. Use ice cream scoop to place 1/4 cup batter on cookie sheet, leaving room to expand. Bake 13-15 minutes @ 375º. Do not over bake.
