2 cups peanut butter
1 cup honey
4 cups oats, toasted
1 cup almonds, toasted & chopped
1/2 cup pecans, toasted & chopped
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup coconut, toasted
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, chopped
1/2 cups craisin or raisins, chopped
3 tbls ground flax seed
3 tbls wheat germ

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together all ingredients, except honey and peanut butter in large bowl. Mix honey and peanut butter together, then add to nut mixture. Incorporate with hands until all is coated. Put in a greased jellyroll pan. Use a rolling pin to smooth out. Put in refrigerator to set. Cut into small bars. Best if stored in refrigerator, in a covered can.
