1/8 CUP SUGAR
1/2 T WHITE PEPPER
1/2 T SALT
1/2 CUP TARRAGON VINEGAR
1/2 QUART VEGETABLE OIL
1 T FRESHLY GROUND GARLIC
JUICE FROM 2 LEMONS

WHIP EGG WHITES UNTIL FLUFFY. WHILE BEATING EGG WHITES ON LOW SPEED SLOWLY ADD OIL. COMBINE ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS IN A SEPARATE BOWL AND MIX. ADD MIXTURE TO OIL AND EGGS WHITES. SERVE.
