1 pkg of California Blend Vegetables© (Brocolli, carrots and cauliflower)
8 oz cubed Velveeta© Cheese
1 stick margarine
1 tube of Ritz© Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Clifornia Blend Vegetables© until tender. Layer Vegetables in a buttered casserole with 8 oz cubed Velveeta Cheese©.
Melt one slick of margarine and combine with crushed Ritz© crackers. Cover the vegetables with the cracker mixture and bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes until browned and bubbly.

This was another of the Bunker Family Recipes , probably not an heirloom as it has many packaged foods! We ate it regularly on the farm, the whole family came to dinner after work in the sawmill was done for the day.
