5 lbs. large shrimp, w/o heads but not peeled
1 bottle shrimp boil
1 box shrimp boil
1 cup salt
3 lemons, quartered
3 large onions, quartered
1 small jar minced garlic
corn on the cob - 2 -3 pieces per person
new potatoes - 2-3 per person
1 pkg buodan style sausage -sliced into rounds

Directions:
Bring water to boil in shrimp boiler. Add: both shrimp boil spices, salt, lemons, onions and garlic. When a full rolling boil add potatoes, cook for 15 minutes. Add corn, boil for 10 more minutes. Add sausage then immediately add shrimp, boil for 3-5- minutes -just until shrimp turns pink. Drain and pour unto tables that have been covered with butcher paper. Serve with butter, Cajun seasoning, salt, cocktail sauce and garlic bread.
We allow 1/2 lb for women - 1lb for men - and usually add an extra lb.
