1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350º F. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Drop by tablespoon onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 30 cookies.
