3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup cooked or canned pumpkin
1 tsp lemon juice
¾ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ginger
1 cup chopped walnuts

Filling
1 cup powdered sugar
6 oz cream cheese
4 TBS butter or margarine
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes. Gradually beat in sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice. Add baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and ginger. Blend then add flour and mix until blended.
Pour onto a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Top with nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until center springs back when slightly touched. Turn out onto a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll and cool. After cooling unroll and spread evenly with filling. Re-roll and chill until set.

Filling: Mix all ingredients and beat until smooth.
