4 lbs. beef brisket
1 1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp. horseradish
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
3 tbsp. minced onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients to make sauce. Marinate beef in sauce overnight and bake at 300º for 3 hours uncovered. It may need more time.
