4 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ cups half and half
¼ cup butter
Dash salt
1 pkg 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate pieces
4 squares (1 oz each) unsweetened chocolate chopped
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow cream
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy 3 quart saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil for 6 minutes, stir frequently. Pour over chocolate and marshmallow, beat until melted, add nuts, pour into buttered 13 X 9 pan. Let stand until cool.
