1 lb white beans (soak overnight w/1 tsp baking soda)
salt pork
1/2 c. maple syrup
1 onion, sliced
1/2 tsp ginger
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Drain beans and pressure cook for 15 min with salt pork and onion. Then add 1/2 c or more of maple syrup and 1/2 tsp ginger. Add salt & pepper to taste. Bake for one hour or more.
