Directions:
Prepare all chopped/shredded ingredients ahead of time.
In a dutch oven, combine the onion, pepper, garlic, cumin, chili pepper and bambiburger. Brown. Add salsa, stir. Set aside , close to skillet.
1 12 inch cast iron skillet, high heat (man cook with fire, Ug). Coat with butter or oil.
Lay large flour tortilla in pan
Quickly add meat mixture, lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream in a straight line from 2 inches above the bottom of the tortilla to the top... not too thick or it'll be an open-face! Wear gloves (new-clean ones, duh) for this next step, unless you truly are a cave-man. Flip the bottom of the tortilla up, over the fillings, then turn the pan and lay the right side of the tortilla over the fillings. gently (and quickly, this s*&^ is hot) roll the tortilla up around the filling. Brown on all sides while wrapping burnt fingers around a cold aluminum can. Repeat until: a. all ingredients are used up (make a salad if you run out of shells), b.you have enough, c. the police can no longer finger-print you, or d. you've run out of cold aluminum cans.
