Sauce.
2 cups water
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/3 cup tomato catsup
1 cup vinegar
cubed pineapple
Soya sauce if you choose

Directions:
Directions:
Dip ribs in beaten eggs, then flour. Saute til browned.

Mix sauce together, pour over ribs and bake in oven 1 1/2 hours, adding pineapple about 5 min. before serving.

Served over rice, this has been a family favorite for many decades. I sometimes put in a dash of Soya sauce as well.
