2 c. water
1 c. dry white wine
1 t. dried tarragon
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
2 whole chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
2 c. noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet bring 1st 3 ingredients to a boil over medium high heat. Stir in soup mix, boil 5 minutes. Add chicken, reduce heat. Cover, simmer 15 - 18 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Arrange noodles in heated serving dish. With slotted spoon, remove chicken and arrange over noodles. Cover and keep warm. Put the pan with liquid over high heat for 10 minutes or until reduced by 1/2. Reduce heat to low, stir in sour cream. Stirring constantly cook 3 or 4 minutes until heated, (do not boil). Spoon over chicken.
