2 lbs ground beef
5 pieces of stale bread
1 can of tomato sauce
2 eggs
1 T dehydrated onion
salt and pepper
3 T brown sugar
3 T vinegar
3 T mustard
1 T Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bread, eggs, onion, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 of the tomato sauce. Mix thoroughly and form into loaf and place in loaf pan. Combine brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce with remaining tomato sauce. Pour half over the meat loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes. After 45 minutes of cooking time, remove from oven, pour off any excess grease and pour remaining tomato sauce mixture over top.
