4-6 skinless chicken drummetts
2 chicken flavor bouillon cubes
1 big or 2 small potatoes - peeled and cubed
1 tomato
1 garlic clove
1/4 - 1/2 onion

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 1/2 to 3 quart pot boil the chicken drummetts for 1/2 hour. Remove any foam that may have gathered at the top of the pot Add the bouillon cubes to the chicken. Fry the cubed potatoes in a small amount of oil for about 10 minutes. In a blender mix the garlic, tomato and onion to create a salsa. Add the salsa mixture to the potatoes and cook for an additional 10 minutes. The potato and salsa mixture is added to the chicken. Add water if necessary and cook the soup an for 15-20 minutes. Remove, ladle, eat with tortillas and enjoy!!

You could use rice instead of tomatoes if you prefer
