1 taza de mantequilla
2 tazas de azúcar blanca
2 cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla
2 huevos
2 tazas de harina (yo siempre uso Harina Gallo para galletas)
3/4 de taza de chocolate en polvo
1 cucharadita de levadura química
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1 taza de gotas de chocolate
1 2/3 taza de gotas de chocolate blanco (disponibles en Makro)

Mezclar (hasta que esté cremosa) la mantequilla, el azúcar y la vainilla. Añadir los huevos de uno en uno, batiendo bien cada vez. Cerner juntos la harina, el cacao, la levadura y la sal. Añadir a los ingredientes líquidos y mezclar todo bien. Poner en la nevera para que se enfríe. Poner cucharadas de la masa en un papel de horno engrasado. Hornear a 175° durante 8-10 minutos.
