4 lbs. lean beef short ribs
3 tablespoons shoyo
½ cup dry red wine
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced and mashed
3 slices fresh ginger root, about ½ inch thick
¼ cup salad oil
1 lb. toasted sesame seed

Directions:
Directions:
Slash ribs.
Mix shoyo, wine, brown sugar, green onions, garlic, ginger, oil and sesame seeds. Use as marinade for ribs.
