6lbs anchovies in soy oil
2 -32oz jars of chopped garlic in oil
˝ gal olive oil
1lb butter

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse anchovies to remove salt
Run through food processor but do not over process– squeeze out moisture
Add all ingredients to large pot and simmer for at least 2 hours (add more butter as needed)

Place in fondu type server
Cut your favorite meats & veggie's , have good bread and enjoy
