1 head broccoli
3 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli into florettes . Wash and dry broc (We use salad spinner).
Put broccoli into large mixing bowl; add garlic, oil and salt. Mix thoroughly to coat broccoli.
Place in broiling pan or cookie sheet and spread evenly.
Broil until slightly blackened, 3-5 minutes. Keep an eye on it!
