6 Tbl. Balsamic Vinegar
4 Tbl. Fresh ground black pepper, course ground
1/2 C. Warm honey
3 Tbl. Minced Shallots
2 Tbl. Minced Garlic
1 tsp. Salt
2 C. Olive Oil

Blend all ingredients in large bowl or bucket with hand stick blender. Can keep for up to a week in fridge.
