1 lb spaghetti
salt
1 T extra virgin olive oil
5 slices smoky bacon, chopped
1 lb ground sirloin
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
black pepper
2 t hot sauce
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup beer
1 can (14 oz) roasted tomatoes, chopped
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
10 oz sharp cheddar cheese
4 scallions, chopped

Cook spaghetti. In skillet add olive oil and bacon. Brown until crispy, then remove bacon from pan. Add ground sirloin to pan and crumble it as it browns.Add onion and garlic to meat. Season with salt and pepper, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce. Add 1/2 cup beer. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add hot spaghetti to meat and sauce; stir. Place heaping spoonfuls in bowls and top with cheese, scallions, and crispy bacon.
