5-6 pounds of beef roast
3 lbs onions
1 t salt

Seasonings: 1/2 t pepper
1/2 t garlic salt
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t Italian seasoning
1/2 t onion salt
1/2 t Lawry salt
1 t Accent

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef in roaster pan. Add water until 1/2 of the roast is covered. Add 3 pounds of quartered onions and 1 t salt. Bake until tender. Remove from pan and allow to cool; shred when cool enough to handle. Place liquid from pan into refrigerator. Remove fat when solidified. Bring liquid to a boil with seasonings. Pour liquid over meat, cover, and heat thoroughly.
