4 large chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup (no liquid added)
2 cans mild chopped chilies
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t cumin
1/2 t sage
1/2 t chili powder
dash garlic salt
1 lb grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb grated Monterey jack cheese
2 medium onions - chopped
2-8 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry or bake chicken - cut into 1 inch pieces - place chicken and its juices into large bowl. Add all ingredients except tortillas. Cut tortillas into 1/2 inch strips and then in half. Add tortillas to chicken mixture 2 at a time until mixture is thick. Bake at 350 until bubbly (usually takes approx 45 minutes).
