Mix & Let sit for 1 hr:

• 1 pint of sour cream
• 2 tsp baking soda

Mix and add after 1 hr:

• ½ lb margarine
• 1 ¾ C sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 4 C flour
Directions:
Directions:
Grease 10 inch bunt pan. Add half of the batter to pan and sprinkle with cinnamon, ½ C sugar and ½ C nuts. Layer 2 sliced medium apples on this. Add balance of batter and sprinkle again with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 for 50-60 mins.
