• ½ C butter
• 1 C sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 tsp baking soda mixed with 1 TBSP water
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp cloves
• 1 C sour cream
• 2 C flour
• 1 C raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add sugar, egg, and soda/water mixture. Add sour cream, flour, and raisins. Bake for 10 mins at 400, then at 350 for 45 minutes.
