Ingredients:  
Crust:
• 1 C crushed gingersnaps
• ½ C pecans, crushed
• 2 TBSP sugar
• 5 TBSP unsalted butter, melted

Filling

• ½ C sour cream
• 1 lb cream cheese
• 2/3 C brown sugar
• 1 C canned pumpkin
• 3 eggs at room temp
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• a pinch of cloves and ginger
• Pecan halves for garnish

Directions:

For Crust- mix all ingredients and press into bottom of springform pan. Bake at 350 for 10 mins.

Filling: Beat cream cheese & sugar. Stir in sour cream and pumpkin. Gradually add eggs. Add spices. Place dish on baking sheet, add filling. Bake in middle of oven for 45 mins or until set. Cool. Add pecan halves in circle for a garnish.
