• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 package cream cheese
• 1 package of vanilla instant pudding
• 1 cool whip tub, large
• 1 C cold milk
• 1 can of crushed pineapple (20 oz)
• 1 package of coconut
• strawberries or cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare yellow cake according to package. Bake at 350 for 20 mins. Soften cream cheese and cool whip. Add the cold milk to the pudding mix and let sit in fridge until firm. Add cool whip slowly and whip with cream cheese. Add vanilla pudding and cool whip. Cover cake with the mixture. Drain crushed pineapple well and drop by spoonfuls on cake. Sprinkle coconut over cake and decorate with cherries or strawberries.
