1 rack baby back ribs
Rib Bar-B-Que rub
1 quart sauerkraut
1 red onion cut in half and sliced
4-5 granny smith apples, peeled and sliced
10 to 15 small red potatoes
1/2 C brown sugar
1 bottle Bar-B-Que sauce, like Kraft

Directions:

Cut ribs into 4 sections. Rub with rib rub. Place in dutch oven/large covered baking pot. Bake at 300º for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven set ribs aside and drain grease from pan. Spread sauerkraut in bottom of pan. Layer with sliced onion then apple slices. Place ribs on top then sprinkle with brown sugar. Place baby red potatoes around ribs. Spread Bar-B-Que sauce over ribs. Bake at 300º for an additional 1 1/2 hours until the potatoes are cooked through.
