6 cups canned cooked navy beans (3 cans)
2 lbs cooked chicken breast, chopped
4 c. chicken stock
2 medium onions, chopped
1 T olive oil
4 cloves minced garlic
2 t ground cumin
1/4 t ground cloves
1/4 t cayenne pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
2 4 1/2 oz canned chopped green chili's (drained)
20 oz Monteray Jack cheese, shredded
sour cream/jalapenos/onion to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer chicken in 2 cups stock until no longer pink, approx 15-20 minutes. Cool and chop. Saute onion in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic, cumin, cloves, red pepper and oregano. Place in large soup pot, add everything else but cheese; simmer 15 minutes - don't boil - stir in 1/2 cheese until melted then serve and top with other cheese.
