Chicken.....whatever kind your family likes. boneless skin less breasts are what we use most often.
juice from 2-3 limes. Depends on size.
Cillantro
crushed garlic
1 shallot
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze limes into gallon zip bag.
Chop cillantro, garlic and shallots.
add salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Add chicken, seal and marinate in fridge over night.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 350º 20-25 min. depending on size of pieces.
