1c.. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
24 milk chocolate kisses
Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, cream peanut butter and sugar. Add the egg and vanilla; beat until blended.
Roll into 1 1/4in. balls. Place 2. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until tops are slightly cracked. Immediately press one chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire rack. Yield 2 dozen.
