1/3 c powdered sugar
3/4 c corn starch
1 c flour
1 c butter
1 t almond extract

Directions:

Mix all these ingredients in a mixer and then chill.
Scoop out small amount and form into a ball, then flatten a little.
Bake at 350 º until light brown, usually about 15 minutes. Cool then frost.

I make my own frosting from 1/4 pound powedered sugar, 1/4 stick butter, 1 T milk, 1/4 t almond extract and a pinch of salt.
