Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package country style pork ribs, 1 cup ketchup. 1 large diced onion, 1 T apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2-1 tsp, Worcestershire, 2 T's melted butter,

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat off of the ribs. Brown the ribs at high heat. Boil a large pot of water and then toss the ribs into the water. Boil until they are about 1/2 done. You don't want the meat to be falling off the bone at this point. Remove the ribs from the boil. Have your large oven safe vessel on the ready. Put some of your mixture on the bottom of the vessel. Next, place the ribs into the vessel, pour the rest of the mixture over the ribs, cover, and place into a pre-heated oven @ 350-375. Keep covered while baking, every so often baste the ribs with the mixture in the pan. It usually takes about an hour. You will know when to remove the ribs based on your basting. If you want more of a set on the ribs, remove the cover and broil for a very short time. There are many variations to play with.

Personal Notes:
Mom made this for us whilst we grew up and many times after we left the house. When you hit it correctly, these ribs are the best of the best. I usually up the vinegar when I make them.
